A  love for all things wine and big plans for a beautiful small Texas town!

I'm Stephanie, an avid wine enthusiast who's excited to share my love of wine with the town of Trenton. My husband Vern and I have been married since the early 80's and owned many successful small businesses. But our true passion for wine started over 20 years ago. We regularly enjoy visiting wineries and experiencing wine tours, and that's when I realized how important it was to pair an excellent wine with a really great atmosphere.

After raising our kids and moving through changing times in Real Estate and life, I decided to work part time for a local winery and gain some knowledge in the business first hand. I loved it! It was truly my happy place to be talking wine, serving wine, meeting people from all over the country, and simply enjoying the ambience of the bustling wine industry. Every chance I get, I visit wineries, attend tastings, and work on developing my knowledge of the beauty of wine. I've developed some great friendships along the way as well!

Why Trenton?

It's perfect! My friend Cori and her husband build homes and heard through the "grapevine"  there were buildings on the square being renovated and the owner had planned one for a winery. Our friends sent pictures and video, and once we visited we just knew this was our time to finally build our Winery! My husband grew up in San Augustine in deep East Texas, and my family came from the Wylie/Plano area back when they were both very small towns. Trenton has that beautiful small town feel that we both love so much. A certain calmness and welcoming vibe with residents that take pride in their town. I couldn't sign up fast enough to secure the space for our new winery!

There is so much that goes into the planting, growth, and production of wine, that it really makes you appreciate a good glass of wine in front of you and friends to relax and enjoy it with. I had no idea how much I loved wine until I started learning how to smell, savor, taste, swish, and just breathe in all the different notes. I really enjoy finding those perfect Reds, Whites, Sweets, Blends, and Sparkling wines!  The great thing about wine is the vast variety and palates and choices are so varied that it keeps it fun and interesting.

I'm excited to educate new wine drinkers on how to taste and expand their palate. It is an experience most people never forget. I really want to create the perfect atmosphere and ambiance for everyone who visits my winery. I can't wait to share my love and appreciation for fine wine with Trenton, TX and all of it's visitors.  I hope to grow a new community of wine drinkers, slightly sophisticated but still casual. I am looking forward most to becoming part of a new community, meeting new people, and creating a new hot spot in a beautiful small Texas town.
